Brief introduction of two cooling methods for film blowing machine

Film blowing machine production is applicable to all kinds of high-grade film packaging. Because of its good barrier, fresh, moisture-proof, frost-proof, oxygen insulation, oil resistant, can be widely used in heavy packaging. Such as a variety of fresh fruit, meat, pickles, fresh milk, liquid drinks, medical supplies. The cooling method of plastic film blowing machine can be divided into two types: external cooling and internal cooling.

1. External cooling method is the earliest applied method. Under the action of cooling ring, cool air is released from a circular ring along the extrusion direction and outer surface of the membrane bubble to generate uniform cool air around the ring. Inside the cooling ring, the upper air is expelled at a faster average rate than the lower air. It ensures that the shape of the bubble is consistent with that of the air cooling ring, increasing the average flow rate of air and thus increasing the heat transfer.

2. Internal cooling is achieved through direct heat dissipation through membrane bubbles. Because the flow rate of air in the membrane bubble is relatively low and irregular, external cooling is more dominant. In the process of blow moulding, the quality of film products must be guaranteed. The output of the blown film of the film machine, in addition to the constraints of the film bubble, but also consider the cooling system of the film machine. A perfect cooling system needs reasonable configuration and stability of film blowing machine.
